BTS Yoga is a vinyasa-style yoga class set to BTS music. The class will include meditation and movement flows incorporating different yoga asana/poses with varying options. These classes are online with a replay available approximately 24 hours or more after the class ends.
A BTS Yoga class is suitable for all levels and can be low to moderate level in intensity. Movements may include mat work, which can have participants lying on their back, kneeling, or in a table top position (on their hands/wrists and knees).
It is recommended to participate in a space where you can move freely without obstacles and on a yoga or exercise mat. We recommend practicing barefoot on the mat, but also recommend grippy socks. It is also recommended to wear appropriate clothing (such as workout clothes or breathable fabrics).
Jessica Abejar is your class instructor. She teaches in a style that is accessible to all levels and ages, welcoming especially beginner students. Her number one goal in class is for everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves! For a BTS Yoga class, she guides students in movement flows and through yoga asana/poses with varying options, so students can feel supported in their practice.
*Note: The meeting will be recorded for archival, replay, and promotional purposes; however, only the "speaker view" featuring the instructor and the instruction portion will be shown in the replay and promotional materials. The replay will be available for approximately 24 hours.
