BTS POP Pilates (In-Person)

BTS POP Pilates is group fitness format inspired by mat pilates movement and body weight and core strengthening exercises and set to BTS music. This class format was created and popularized by YouTube Pilates and Fitness Instructor Cassey Ho. These classes are in-person and location will be announced at the time of registration.

A BTS POP Pilates class is suitable for all levels and can be low to high level in intensity. Movements include mat work, which can have participants lying on their back, kneeling, or in a table top position (on their hands/wrists and knees). You must bring your own yoga or exercise mat to class. We recommend practicing barefoot on the mat, but also recommend grippy socks.  It is also recommended to wear appropriate clothing (such as workout clothes or breathable fabrics).

Jessica Abejar is your class instructor. She teaches in a style that is accessible to all levels and ages, welcoming especially beginner students. Her number one goal in class is for everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves! For a BTS POP Pilates class, she instructs students with demonstrations before each exercise sequence and song, offering modifications to meet where students are at.
